Referral Partnerships |
| You’ve got a relationship with a customer who trusts your judgment. They could really use some of our software or services – but you’re not able yet to give them the whole song and dance. So you tell them a little bit about us – and us about them. Then you introduce us. We close a deal with the customer – either with you alongside or not. They pay us. And then you just get a check, or even better, recurring checks. What could be easier? |

Agent Partnerships |
| OK. You’ve grown up now and think you can carry our sales bag all by yourself (or with a little bit of help). But you don’t want the hassles of service, support & billing. That sounds like an agent to us. You convince your customer to buy, we create an order or contract together, and you’re done – except for getting the check(s) from us. The checks will be bigger than the ones our referral partners get, because you sold it yourself. |

Resellers & Solution Providers |
| Sometimes our software is just one piece in a bigger picture you’re painting for your customer. If you’d like to resell our software, you’ll get a healthy discount, which grows as you grow with us. You’ll be our customer and we’ll bill you, not the end user. Don’t be late paying, though. That makes us really grouchy. |

Want to use our software inside your own solution? |
| We work with some partners who embed our components within their own product or service – and re-brand it as their own. You may even prefer to pay us a royalty for each product sold. That’s ok with us – just as long as it’s worth our while in terms of an upfront license commitment. We’re in business to make money, not to finance a new company with a product idea. |

Some Thoughts on Partnering |
| Let's Start Simple |
|
A referral partnership is something we can set up in a few minutes – and you can start collecting checks right away. We can always grow into a closer relationship if we really love each other. |
| Focus on Sales, Not Structure |
|
Let’s find a prospect or two first and make some things happen quickly. If there’s really money to be made together, we’ll figure out the details later in good faith. |
| Equity in a Product? Please Don’t Ask. |
|
| We’ve worked really hard to create our Call Voyager™ platform. And we think it’s pretty valuable. So please don’t come to us with a solution idea – and ask for equity based on a promise of future performance. |
